ScoreLift ("ScoreLift," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Sunshine Solutions, 13727 SW 152 Street #956, Miami, FL 33177. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use scorelift.io (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you request an audit or otherwise use the Service, we collect:

• The website URL you submit for auditing.
• Your email address, used to deliver your audit report and related communications.
• Usage and analytics data (such as pages viewed, device type, and general interaction data) collected via PostHog, our product analytics provider.
• Payment information, if you purchase a full report. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — we do not store your card details on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your website audit report.
• Send transactional emails (audit confirmation, report ready, purchase receipts) via Resend, our email delivery provider.
• Process payments for the $197 full report via Stripe.
• Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate ScoreLift — currently Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics), and our cloud infrastructure providers — each of whom is bound to use your data only to provide services to us.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing marco@scorelift.io. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails related to an active audit or purchase may continue until that request is fulfilled.

Data Retention

We retain audit data and associated account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
